Cancellation Policy
In order to best serve guests and care for our stylists, the following cancellation and no show policy applies to all bookings. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 25% of the scheduled services. Failure to cancel in conjunction with failure to show up for an appointment will result in a charge for 50% of scheduled services.
